Ms. Angela E Carter
Project Support Coordinator
Ms. Angela Carter is the Project Support Coordinator for the National Coordination Office (NCO) for Networking and Information Technology Research and Development (NITRD). She provides project assistance support to management and technical staff in the planning, executing, and culmination of their strategic initiatives. Her specific duties include: assisting in data gathering and research on general and technical topics; preparing draft inputs for various reports; presenting oral reports on findings and recommendations; assisting in workshop, conference and event coordination and preparation; performing quality control, proofreading, and editing of various reports; preparing formal briefings and presentations; and assisting in the development of operating procedures and guidelines to promote operation continuity and efficiency.
Before joining the NCO, Ms. Carter was a business analyst at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). She received her B.A. in Administration of Justice from Howard University in May 2006. She is currently pursuing an MBA at Liberty University and an Associates Certificate in Project Management.
