Ms. Wallace is the Strategic Planning Coordinator for the National Coordination Office (NCO) for Networking and Information Technology Research and Development (NITRD). In this role, she is responsible for providing the implementation of the National Coordination Office (NCO) for Networking and Information Technology Research and Development (NITRD) strategic plan, including the development of strategies for reaching strategic objectives, which requires coordination among groups working with the different strategies. She works with the director, assistant director, and other team members in implementing the strategic plan.
Prior to joining the NCO, Ms. Wallace was a Manager for Organizational Management and Quality Assurance. She spearheaded the strategic development and process re-engineering, performing software quality assurance and testing via functionality, compatibility, reliability, usability, installation, security and related test methodologies. Lead creation and execution of QA and testing processes, test strategies and plans, and conduct testing of Web application, client-server, network, multimedia, and database projects on various operating systems.
Ms. Wallace received her Master's in Information Technology for American Intercontinental University On-line, and her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Morgan State University.
