1. In response to several requests, time has been built-in to this agenda for FNCAC subcommittees to meet -- first in parallel sessions at the beginning of the meeting on April 8, and also during the breakfast and lunch sessions on April 9. Subcommittees might also choose to meet during the evening of April 8, if desired.
   
   
   
2. Subcomittees are expected to have done some work prior to the meeting, to use the initial subcommittee meeting time to structure planned discussions, to formulate resolutions or statements for discussion or action as appropriate, and to identify action items for future follow-up.
   
   
   
3. FNCAC members not currently serving on a subcommittee are encouraged to sit in on the subcommittee of their choice.
   
   
   
4. Time has been reserved at the end of each topic session for committee discussion and potential action.
